The Jeep Wrangler is one of the most distinctive and iconic vehicles on the road, having been descended from the WWII Jeep combat vehicle of almost 80 years ago. With the Jeep's custom suspension, that being Dynatrac XD 60 1 ton axles, it runs about 6,100 lbs and handles good with these tires. Both on and off-road there's great traction and easy steering, even when aired down crawling.
I'VE BEEN RUNNING THESE ON THE ROAD AND IN THE ROCK TRAILS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS AND THEY SEEM TO BE GREAT FOR BOTH. I HAD TO AIR DOWN QUITE A BIT TO GET THE BITE IN THE ROCKS BUT ONCE I FOUND THE RIGHT PSI THEY WERE PRETTY DAMN GOOD. I AIR DOWN TO ABOUT 12-13 PSI ON NON-BEADLOCK RIMS AND THAT GIVES ME THE SIDEWALL FLEX I NEED ROCK CLIMBIMG. I HAVEN'T REALLY HAD THEM IN THE MUD VERY MUCH BUT WITH WHAT LITTLE I HAVE DONE IN THE MUD THEY SEEM TO BE PRETTY GOOD AS WELL. NO REAL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN SAND AND SNOW. NOT ALOT OF SAND AROUND MEMPHIS EXCEPT IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER WHEN ITS LOW ENOUGH.
