Need to make a return? You can begin the return process by submitting a Return Request Form or calling SimpleTire Support at (888) 410-0604 to speak directly to a representative.
Return for Refund
If the tires returned are due to an error made by us, we will pay for the return shipping costs.
A customer is responsible for return shipping costs when the tires delivered match the original order.
Return Check List
- Fill out the Return Request Form
- Securely tape packing slip with the Return Authorization Number directly on the tires to be returned.
- Return tires to a FedEx facility, or contact SimpleTire Support at (888) 410-0604 to schedule a Fedex pickup at your location.
Shipping and Damage Claims Policy
Manufacturer's Warranty Policy
The only tires SimpleTire can warranty are brand new defects (meaning that they have not been mounted or driven on). Any bead damaged will be void of any warranty claim. Any other adjustments should be taken to the nearest authorized dealer for that manufacturer.
Sometimes the manufacturer also provides a treadlife warranty and mileage rating. Please be aware that not all tires hold a mileage warranty from the manufacturer. Different tire models, even from the same manufacturer, may or may not come with a treadlife warranty.
