Prometer LL600

im writing this as an update to my previous review since there is no way to edit it. Dont waste your money on these! they were originally great when i first got them but just shy of two years and only 8000 miles later they were worn down to 30% tread and had absolutely terrible traction in the wet and snow and ride quality is crap. bumps felt violent and my car actually shimmied out several inches in the wet and snow when hitting normal bumps or dips. These tires are tempting because of their price and supposed long life but they are terrible and wont last, and you wont find out till its too late that it was a bad decision. I drive a 2003 Taurus SEL 215/60/r16, switched to Goodyear Eagle Sport and am not regretting it in the slightest. things i did not even realize were problems (such as ride quality) became painfully apparent after switching...

For the price you cannot beat them

In the dry and wet (even in my currently cold temperatures below 45F) the grip on these tires is very very good. no road noise to speak of, i hear more from my very healthy transmission than i do of the tires. snow traction leaves something to be desired but isnt actually that bad. since they are all season tires dont expect to go out on unplowed roads, but 2-3 inches shouldnt be too much of an issue if you take it slow. i cant speak for tread life but i believe these have either a 480 or 520 tread wear rating which is pretty good, a bit above average. and for the price of these tires you cant beat it. bought and shipped to my local monroe within 2.5 days
