I have had such bad luck with Goodyear, Cooper, and Uniroyal (i.e. - tread separation and blow-outs) that I was looking for something better. These Maxxi's have a three ply sidewall, so that is a step in the right direction, I believe, and the highway tread works fine for me and gives me better tread life. I have only taken two trips so far, but "so far - so good," and I would like to stay confident. The tires had good reviews even though they are Chinese (Taiwanese), so I am hopeful. Only time and use will tell the whole story.

I bought these tires for my 20' car trailer. I had too many blow outs on ST rated tires, so I went with these. These are the highest load rating (even higher than the ST tires) tires you can find in this size. Plus ST tires are only rated to 65 mph, which always made me very uncomfortable. These Maxxis tires are great and I recommend them if you have 15" wheels on your trailer.
