When will my order ship?
You can find the status of your order through Order Tracking or Login to your account.

How do I return/exchange?
Need to make a return? Start the return process by completing the Return Request Form. Returns are accepted within 30-days of delivery. Only unused tires that have not been driven on or mounted are eligible for return. More information can be found on the Returns page.

What happens if the tire is damaged/defective?
If a shipment has arrived damaged or is the incorrect item, please complete the Return Request Form. We will report the damage to the shipper and arrange for a replacement. We will also arrange for the return.
