I found nothing wrong with them at first but two seasons in I HATE them. Noisy and rough ride.

Tires are bad for curves. If you take a curve you have to reduce speed by 20 MPH or you will loss control. This tire is unsafe. Even changing lanes you can feel the car attempting to slip. like the tires are half flat. I checked the pressure. after 2 days I am returning the tires.
I have had the Yokohama Tornante tires on my 2007 Toyota Highlander Limited all-wheel drive for almost a year now ( Dec 2017 to Dec 2018). At this point in time, the tires are showing some normal tread wear and it is way past time for a rotation, after 17k miles. Handling is good, traction is good, tread life seems to be normal, but the tire noise is much louder than my previous set of tires. I believe that this may be due in part to the circumferential grooves which are the feature of this tread design. My previous set of Mastercraft tires that came on the used vehicle, had a staggered pad tread pattern like a mud and snow,or all weather tire. They were quieter. Also, I do not think that it is just "me", as other passengers and drivers have also made comment about the loud tire noise. The Tornante tread design seems better fitted to a truck tire than to an all weather SUV tire. I probably won't get this type of tires again.
I really enjoy the new tires. Smoother ride than the falken I had before. It is a lot quieter also, I have not done much wet handling...but I suspect it will perform well.
