LOOK NO FURTHER! These are the Very Best Toyo has ever made on Planet Earth!!!!!! *Having Problems with Snow? Solved! *Having Issues on wet pavement? Solved! *Not getting any performance handling out of your Tires? Solved! * Not happy with Tread Wear? Solved!!!! I have been using these for 20 years on Models from 1995 to my present year model 2019! If I could be a spokesperson for the company, I would do it for free. Don't "wonder" wether or not you will be "safe" in the snow, because if u have just a front wheel drive vehicle, and u KNOW HOW TO DRIVE IN SNOW, Guaranteed you will have the best performance you could ever ask for. I pushed 4 feet of snow out of my way in the mountains of Colorado in a 1995 Saturn with these Snow blowers on the car!!! Never was I in doubt in Snow, Rain, or sunny days in Vegas. Just a Dream come true! Go Celsius!! Oh, and I will Easily get 60k miles on them.
This is my second set and although they are a bit soft and noisier than I like, I live at 7000 feet in the Rocky Mountains, so the improved traction in wet and snowy conditions is well worth it for me.
I have been using Toyo tires for 20 years now. This specific brand. There is no better tire on the market today. You will not be disappointed. I have 55000 miles on them right now, there a 60000 mile tire, and I have plenty of tread left. Well worth the investment!
Best tires I've ever had. A tad noisy when roads are dry but I can deal with the noise for the performance through the snow and slush. It's the first all season Tire I've ever had that I feel comfortable and don't worry about driving through snow and slush
Will have to see how they perform in snow and ice
Good tire do far. We'll see how they'll perform when temp drops.
I wanted an all season tire that could actually handle winter driving conditions [Upstate NY]. Although this winter was definitely lighter than the past two: The Celsius delivered on its promise, which makes it really stand out from the other so called all season tires. Good handling in all road conditions (dry/wet), good stability, good breaking. The 4k I put on it is too short to actually say something about Tread Life. The only thing I noticed is that in rapid acceleration on dry roads the tire's grip is slightly less (easier to make squeal, due to its blockier tread and microgroves) than other all seasons (but that's to be expected and pays off when you accelerate or try to go uphill in snow). So in that respect it is indeed more of a winter-all-season. Is it a winner? - Yes, if you live in the northern States or Canada.
The Celsius from Toyo is an all-weather tire that's able to performance in a variety of conditions for today's passenger and luxury cars in addition to offering drivers a 60,000-mile tread life warranty.
Features & Benefits
Drivers typically want a tire that can be used year-round and perform in the snow, and the Celsius from Toyo was designed with those drivers in mind. An all-weather tire, the Celsius is able to stop 14 feet shorter on snow and 8 feet shorter on ice than a typical all-season tire. The Celsius features a tread design that gives drivers excellent traction on dry, wet, icy, and snowy roads, and specially designed Snow Claws help drivers with traction when snow is deep, while grooves within the tread move slush and snow away from the tire to help boost traction. Thanks to its strong abilities in snowy weather, the Celsius features a Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certification that makes it a great choice for drivers of common sedans such as the Ford Taurus, Honda Civic, Hyundai Sonata, Nissan Altima, Toyota Camry, and Volkswagen Jetta.
