The X-Ice from Michelin is a winter tire that's designed for use on passenger cars and minivans and offers drivers strong traction on ice and snow along with an up to 36,000 mile limited tread life warranty.

Features & Benefits

  • Winter tread design
  • Black sidewall
  • 36,000-mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty
  • Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified thanks to its ability to perform in severe snow conditions

Winter weather often brings ice, slush, and snow with it, and these elements can make driving far more difficult than it needs to be. Fortunately, winter tires are designed to give drivers extra traction in lower temperatures, and Michelin's X-Ice does that and more for drivers of passenger cars and minivans. Built with a special Winter Flex Compound for better grip in icy conditions, the X-Ice's cross z-sipes improve grip on snow and ice. Michelin Comfort Control Technology reduces vibrations and road noises to give drivers a comfortable ride, and the Three Peak Mountain Snowflake symbol on the tire's sidewall means that this tire has been certified to perform in severe snow conditions.
