These Michelin's hands down are the best tire I've ever had. Great in any condition.

Tire great, Michelin as a company to deal with sucks though. Refuse to accept irrefutable evidence on warranty claims, if they even bother to respond. Took multiple attempts to contact the Michelin company, and denied any issues with the manufacture of the tire in question. I fully recommend this tire as it handles everything we have thrown at it, but will not recommend purchasing any Michelin product to anyone again. Simple tire was great to deal with!

I can only speak for myself I replaced the Intrepid with this tire and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. This tire is great especially in wet conditions.

These are performance tires for my hybrid. They keep my MPG up at 40 when they are at 42psi and they last for 80,000 miles. I can corner much faster than the stock tires :) No more tire squeal!! Grippy and confidence building!

Tires are only 24 months old and rated at 90,000 but so far I only got 48,000 and there almost wore out! I always used Nitrogen and rotated as required. Michelin's worst tire !!! Don't buy this one.

Decent tire, hard to find though. Good in the rain.

Get technical:

The Michelin HydroEdge is an all-season tire that's designed for great wet or dry traction, long wear, and low rolling resistance. The HydroEdge has a V-shaped directional tread design for wet weather grip, a silica-enriched rubber compound that lowers friction and boosts cornering and braking ability, and a contact patch that helps distribute cornering and braking forces better for long wear.

Features & Benefits

  • Backed by a 90,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty
  • Unique contact patch shape evenly distributes road forces and vibrations to promote even wear
  • Directional tread pattern forces watert out of the tread to reduce the risk of hydroplanning on wet roads
  • Silica-bases rubber compound enhances grip for shorter stopping distances on wet and slippery roads
  • EnergySaver construction reduces rolling resistance to enhance fuel efficiency
