Are the tires that you sell new?
We only offer new tires to our consumers.
Are the prices listed on your site negotiable?
Tires are listed at the lowest Internet price available and are not negotiable. The tire price does not include installation, which will be done at the installer of your choice.
Do you offer technical support or customer service? Can you give me advice on the tire size that is suitable for my vehicle?
Legally, we cannot offer "technical" support as we can ONLY supply information for the original equipment for your vehicle. That means that we can provide you with the exact tire size that will fit your vehicle. However, if you are not currently using that size tire, we will not suggest or advise you on any other tire. You will need to contact your local tire dealer and request this information. However, SimpleTire is committed to your complete satisfaction - it is our top priority. What is my warranty period?
Your warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
Can I select an exact delivery hour?
Unfortunately not. Tires are shipped via an independent shipping service.
Am I going to be charged for shipping or delivery?
There is a minimal shipping charge for all tires sold by SimpleTire. Occasionally we may offer free shipping coupons or other advertising.
Can I pay in monthly installments?
Unfortunately, monthly payments are not accepted on this site at this time, but will be soon. Currently you have the option of paying with almost any major credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Shopping at SimpleTire is safe. The site is secure and protected by SSL encryption technology.
Can I send the tires back if I change my mind or don't like or want them?
We will accept returns for unused/uninstalled products only, within 10 days of your purchase. 100% refund will apply as a credit to your original method of payment (less any freight charges incurred and a 10% restocking fee). You are also responsible for return shipping unless the tires being returned did not match what was originally purchased. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. All tires are sold FOB Origin.
How long does it take to confirm my payment and process my order?

What are my delivery options?
Once you have selected the tires that you wish to purchase, you may elect to have the tires shipped to any address within the continental United States, or to one of our referred installers.
What are my payment options? Can I pay upon delivery?
In order to process your purchase, you will be required to purchase the tires on SimpleTire. However, the cost for the installation will be paid at the time of the installation.
Can I order only one tire or is it compulsory to have a minimum of units?
Yes, you can order as few or as many tires as you wish.
Can I place an order over the phone, or do I have to order on your website?
Although our website is completely secure, you can call us at 1-888-410-0604 between 8:00 am and 4:45 pm Monday through Friday EST if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.
Do I have to access my order after placing it on your website?
This is not necessary; however you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase.
Do I need a password or do I need to register on your website in order to be able to place an order?
A username and password or registration is not required in order to purchase tires on our website.
What happens if the tires I ordered are no longer available? How will I know if the tires I ordered are available?
Occasionally SimpleTire may be temporarily out of stock on a certain tire. In that case, we will contact you.
Is it necessary to have an email address in order to complete my order on your website?

Is it safe to buy through the Internet? Do I have the same rights as if I bought the tires in a regular shop?
Yes. Encryption of all information makes transactions safe and your rights the same as buying in person. Our partnership with Merchant Partners, a leading provider of Internet eCommerce, means you can trust the transaction to be safe and secure.
Are the prices listed on your website for one tire?
The prices listed on our website are for one tire or "unit." This price does not include installation charges.
What am I supposed to do about installing the tires?
SimpleTire provides a list of installers. You must have your tires installed by a reputable installer however we do not require any particular installer.
Do you offer a Tire Road Hazard Program?
SimpleTire offers an optional Tire Road Hazard Program. We encourage you to consider adding road hazard to your tires.
What are your hours of operation? Do you have a toll-free number?

What will happen if I change my mind and no longer wish to purchase the tires I ordered?
You may contact us to cancel your order as long as the tires have not shipped – if they have shipped you are responsible for all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee.
What is your collection/return policy in case the tires were installed?
For obvious reasons, only unused product that has not been driven on is eligible for return.
What's your policy in case the goods that are delivered do not correspond to my order?
In case the tires that you receive are not in accordance with the order placed on our website, you may contact us to correct the order. The tires must be returned – SimpleTire will pay for all shipping charges on an incorrect order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your tires will be shipped from SimpleTire within 48 hours (except during weekends). Actually delivery depends on location but should be within a few days.
Do you offer any coupons or discounts such as Military Discounts?
Occasionally we may have a coupon code or discount for tires on our site. We will be sure to post it on our site when those are available. In terms of a Military Discount, we dont currently have any special discount, but we will be looking into this for the future. With that said, we appreciate all that you do!!
Are the DOT codes are your tires current?
In most cases, the tires we sell have current DOT codes. However there are times where we have tires that may be slightly older. Due to manufacturer regulations we can sell tires up to 5 years old without notifying the customer. However if the DOT codes are older than 5 years old we will contact the customer to inform them of this and gain their consent before shipping tires out. If for some reason you receive tires that are older than 5 years old and have not received a call from us, please let us know and we can take the tires back free of charge (as long as they have not been mounted or used). Most tires are warranted by the manufacturer for up to 10 years so as long as the tires is not dry rotted or cracked, and it is kept in a climate control warehouse, they are perfectly safe for use.
Can I request DOT codes?
In some cases DOT codes can be requested before purchasing. However, in most situations we can not get DOT codes until an order is placed. This is because most warehouses are very large and to pull a tire takes a lot of time and resources. So unless there is an order and the tires are already being pulled, it is hard to get the DOT codes of specific tires.
What happens if the price changes on my tires after I order?
Tire prices are constantly fluctuating. We sell our tires based on the cost of the tires at the time of purchase. If for some reason the price of your tires change we will evaulate the situation and offer you a refund if your tires have not shipped yet. However, if your tires have already shipped, we are unable to offer a credit if the price has changed. This is due to the fact that we bought the tires at a set price at the time of your purchase and are unable to purchase them from a different suppliers since the order has alredy been shipped.
